SCHOOL OF COACHES

Target Audience: CEOs, heads of companies’ departments and units, internal trainers. All those who want changes for themselves and for their companies.

The course comprises 3 modules (3 days), a master class (2 days) and Certification (to obtain the certificate and the status of a professional COACH).

  •  “The wheel of life”.
  • Active vision process.
  • Objective generator.
  • The result framework as the key to management.

3. Basic Coaching Techniques

  • Efficient communication skills for a coach.
  • Logical attention levels.
  • Key aspects for researching the logical levels.
  • The model of the world.
  • The “miraculous questions” for generation and visualisation of future results.
  • Brainstorming.
  • The use of metaphors in coaching.
  • The failure framework and the feedback framework.

MODULE 2 .
COACHING IN BUSINESS. APPLIED ASPECTS.

  • Realisation of plans. Coach wheel.
  • Coaching for project implementation.
  • Formula of changes and its application in coaching.

3. Creativity and decision-making.

  • Concept of creative potential and its expansion.
  • Identification of individual creative strategy.
  • How to transform ideas into opportunities effectively.
  • Four creative voice tones. Combination of intonation.
  • Four types of clarifying dialogues.
  • Cartesian coordinates at decision-making.

4. Techniques of group coaching.

  • Team coaching.
  • Development coach session.

  • Specifics of conducting coaching style meetings.

MASTERCLASS


Duration:  2 days.

Dates:   November 1-2

Contents:

1. Practical work on conducting coach-sessions.
2. Study of additional instruments for coach skill-raising.
3. Individual feedback on participants’ skill-raising.

Special feature of the masterclass: coach-session clients are people with real interests in coaching, who are specially invited to the mastercalss.


MODULE 3.
MOTIVATION. WORKING WITH CORE VALUES.

Duration:  3 days.

3. Inspiration coaching.

  • Goals of effective communication.
  • Internal organisation: decision-making system.
  • Coach’s activity in three perception systems. Magic number 3 in coaching.
  • Keys of eye access.
  • Types of calibration use.
  • Objection-dissipating skills.
  • Creation of a ritual work space in coaching.
  • Development of emotional quotient. 

MODULE 4.
CERTIFICATION.


Duration:  2 days.

  • Structuring of techniques and instruments covered by the 3 modules.
  • Testing.
  • Overall results of individual 4-month coach practice.

2. Certification.

  • Practical assignment.
