MODULAR APPROACH:

Modules are components of training programmes for development of a company and its personnel.
Proceeding from business tasks, specifics of a corporate client, available knowledge and skills of potential participants, modules are designed to build a relevant programme. 

EXAMPLE

Situational background: The company has faced re-organisation. The staff has been renewed by about 60% during several months. The company is staffed.  

Objectives: 

  • Facilitate adaptation of new employees; 
  • Raise interpersonal relations efficiency between the experienced and the new staff;  
  • Coordinate employees’ goals with those of the company.

Possible resolutions:

A training and consulting project consisting of 3 programmes*:

I. Training.  Building a team. Duration: 3 days.
Module: a model of an effective team.
Module: constructive interaction in the team.
Module: team roles.
Module: forming a corporate spirit.

II. Working session. Duration: 2 days.
Module: identifying a vision, values, a mission (if applicable).

III. Working session. Duration: 2-4 days.
Module: corporate culture.
