MANAGEMENT CONSULTING

Since 2003, NORDIC has been consulting owners and managers of medium- and large-sized domestic companies in the field of management and organisational development.

The company employs 4 consultants. The company implements large projects jointly with Russian consultants,  members of the National Institute of Certified Consultants for Management David Shusterman and Mikhail Ivanov.  

Tasks of a management consultant:

• Coordination owners’ interests. 
• Preparing a business for sale. 
• Changing a company’s development direction. 
• Improving the management system.
• Overcoming an organisational company-growing chaos.
  Developing an attract-function in a company (implementing a client-oriented approach), etc.  
• An owner is going to distance him/herself from the business, to create “a transparent” business structure and to transfer the company management to a hired manager.
