This means that NORDIC trainers use a flexible form of conducting trainings, enable trainees to make a decision whether or not they should accept new knowledge and tools. NORDIC has its own permanent trainers

NORDIC offers trainings delivered by the company’s permanent trainers only, who have been preliminarily trained at the in-company “School of Trainers” and who meet the uniform standards of the trainer profession. Therefore the company can guarantee high quality of its services and bear personal responsibility for the work level of each of its specialists. Presently the company employs 6 permanent trainers. Other practicing trainers may be outsourced only for special training covering subjects like logistics, marketing, HR, etc.

All NORDIC trainers and consultants are trained on a regular basis 

All company specialists are regularly trained by leading Russian and western specialists. This enables the trainers to upgrade their skills, to be aware of new methodologies and technologies, to constantly improve current and  develop new products offered by NORDIC.
